Annie: Hello, everyone, and welcome to today's webinar, "A Live Demonstration of Smarter Global Entity Management." My name is Annie Triboletti. I will be your moderator kicking things off today.

So I'd like to welcome in our presenters for today. We are joined by Barb Bilsak and Kat Fender. They are two of CSC's expert sales engineers focusing on Entity Management. So welcome, Barb and Kat.

Barb: Thank you very much, Annie, and welcome everyone. It's wonderful to have you with us today. A special welcome to those of you joining us for the first time and a warm welcome back to our longtime clients. We're so glad you could be here with us today. We definitely appreciate you taking the time to join us, and we hope that you find the webinar informative and helpful. Kat and I are very excited to share how marrying service and technology lead to smarter global entity management. So without further ado, I'm going to turn it over to Kat to do what she does best.

Kat: All right. Thank you so much, Barb. I'm really excited to talk to you more about our global subsidiary management services and the Entity Management technology that supports our global subsidiary management services.

So first just a little agenda for today's presentation, starting off with introductions, which we've done now. We're going to go into a little bit about CSC and what we do around the world, talk about our services. We'll have a live platform demo led by Barb, and then we'll do a question and answer at the end.

So first a little bit about CSC. We are globally headquartered here in our Wilmington, Delaware office, with a physical presence on five continents. We're a privately held organization dating all the way back to 1899, and we have quite the customer base that we're so proud to serve every day. Over 90% of the Fortune 500 companies utilize at least one of our services, and over 20% of Fortune 500 companies utilize CSC's Entity Management solution specifically.

About four years ago, CSC made a really big move. We acquired Intertrust Group, which expanded our physical footprint around the world, expanded our expertise, and expanded our service offering. CSC provides a wide range of services from U.S. registered agent services, annual reports, business licenses, domain brand services, fund administration, HR, payroll, tax and accounting, and international corporate secretarial services, which we lovingly call Global Subsidiary Management or GSM for short. We love our acronyms here. But we're going to talk a little bit more about Global Subsidiary Management services today.

This webinar will touch on the GSM services and CSC Entity Management, how they integrate seamlessly, giving you the full visibility into the work that we do and giving you the ability to store and manage an unlimited number of documents, customize data within the system, run reports on everything. But I also like to encourage you to sign up for a full customized demonstration so we can talk in more detail about our services and the technology, and we can really customize those demonstrations specifically for you and your needs.

So for our Global Subsidiary Management services, we provide the GSM services in over 140 countries around the world. Our Annual Compliance Service package consists of the statutory filings that are required to be filed by the entity in the jurisdiction. So this varies by country and by entity type. Looking at the purple box there on the left, typically this includes things like the annual general meeting, the filing of the financials, perhaps an ultimate beneficial owner where it's required to be filed every year in country, the maintenance of minute books and corporate documents digitally within CSC Entity Management and physically in our offices where necessary around the world. We track the compliance deadlines within CSC Entity Management, and we monitor the regulatory changes that might affect your entities specifically.

Our offering consists of one global service provider, one agreement which simplifies communication while tailoring the offering to meet our clients' exact needs. We offer competitive and fixed fee flat rate pricing for all of these services so you always have that budget certainty when working with CSC. You'll have a dedicated point of contact based out of one of our three central hubs, our Wilmington, Delaware office, our London hub office, or our India hub office out of Bangalore. Your dedicated contact will coordinate the onboarding and ongoing services, acting as an extension of your legal team to keep your entities in compliance.

Not only can we handle the annual compliance service filings, but also other types of services, like the ones in teal and dark blue, those boxes there, resident directorships, domiciliation, accounting, formations, dissolutions, director changes, mergers. Every aspect of the life cycle of an entity, CSC can assist with. And basically, if you need any help, you have any questions, ask us. We can probably take care of it for you. We're going to have all of the information and details for you, answer all the questions that you might have about services and how things work.

Behind your dedicated point of contact is a global team of experts, including local attorneys and accountants who support and prepare those filings. All of the work that we do for you is prepared in dual language as a standard. Once the filing is completed, all of those documents are then uploaded into your CSC Entity Management platform in the appropriate minute book folders.

The compliance event, which is also calendared within CSC Entity Management, is where you can log in to the system to see exactly where we are in the progress of your filing. Is it in the process of being prepared? Is it out for signature? Has it been submitted for filing? So you can see all of those details in the system and if we make any changes as part of those filings. So if we do a director change for you, we'll prepare those documents, file it in the registry, add those documents to the minute book folder in the system, and then change the data in the system for you automatically as well.

Now that serves as a really nice foundation of all of the information, and then you can bring your unlimited data and documents on top of that. So you can track everything in the system. It acts as the source of truth for all of your entity details and centralizes it all as well.

CSC Entity Management can be a standalone system all by itself. But it has so much more value and benefit when you combine it with our other services, like the Global Subsidiary Management or any of our U.S. and other services too because everything that we do for you is automatically updated and maintained in the system.

Now today, some of you might be working with a variety of providers, different law firms, different jurisdictions. You might get inconsistencies around the world. You're paying in different currencies, hourly rates to law firms, multiple contacts, multiple touch points, language barriers. But with CSC, we centralize your workflow. We centralize your data, your document capture, and simplify the processes around the world. We're a centralized global presence, supported by all of our local experts on the ground, helping bring all of your entities and keep them in compliance.

Now we're going to talk more about our Entity Management platform and how it integrates with the Global Subsidiary Management services. So this slide is a brief review of the various functions that the technology has. So the ability to store documents and data, the AI-powered enhancements that we'll talk about as well, the ability to run reports and organization charts.

Like the Global Subsidiary Management service offering, our CSC Entity Management is a flat fee. So again, you have that budget certainty with us. For the flat annual fee, with the CSC Entity Management technology, you'll get unlimited users into the system. These can be internal or external to the company. And you'll have role-based permissions over those users. So that's how you can control like what entities a person can see, what documents they can access, whether they have editing rights or can only view information in the system. So there's a lot of nuance to those role-based permissions that you'll have. For all of those users, you'll have unlimited training for the lifetime that you're with CSC. And we can do refreshers, one-on-one, group training, a lot of customization for the training that we can do as well. It's very hands-on. You'll get unlimited data and document storage within the platform and unlimited customization throughout. And so Barb will be walking you through some of these areas, showing you all of those features today.

We also typically roll out about four to five enhancements to the system every year, and that's largely driven by the customer feedback that we get. And so we put it right back into the system to make it even better and more efficient for you. It's browser-based, so there's nothing to download or install. And it's SOC 2 Type 2 security compliant.
