Can you share with us your tech industry career journey?
My career began with an internship at CSC. The exposure to the various aspects of IT customer support allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of IT infrastructure and sharpened my technical skills.
When I transitioned to a full-time role, I was able to further enhance my skills, taking on more complex tasks and responsibilities. A unique blend of technical learning and audit responsibilities has broadened my knowledge of identity management and governance processes, strengthening my ability to contribute to technical and compliance aspects of the business.
What initially drew you to pursue a career in technology, and how has that motivation evolved throughout your journey?

What strategies have you employed to continually develop your skills and advance your career in the tech field?
I prioritize continuous learning by taking online courses, earning certifications, and staying current by following industry blogs.
By applying this knowledge, I’ve built confidence in my technical abilities that I can showcase.
Expanding my professional network through platforms like LinkedIn allows me to connect with others in the field. I also experiment with new technologies and take on challenging tasks at work to gain experience and develop my expertise.
Have you had any mentors or supportive figures throughout your career? How have they influenced your journey?
My manager, Anju Gopalakrishnan, has been a great support in helping to grow my expertise and capabilities. Her patience and willingness to explain things clearly has really made a difference. She takes the time to answer my questions, no matter how small. Thanks to her guidance and encouragement, I’ve gained the confidence to take on complex projects and push myself further in my career. I’m grateful for her support!
