Serving the communities that help shape who we are
Each year, CSC colleagues dedicate their time to the causes most important to them. From fundraising in our workplaces to volunteering off-site in teams, CSC serves communities worldwide—living Our Values and reaffirming our commitment to giving back.
CSC strives to ensure the communities where we work and live are better off tomorrow than they are today. We continue to build our social responsibility by creating a culture of giving back, supporting our local and global communities, and focusing on the passions of our colleagues through sponsorships, volunteerism, and teamwork.

Our guiding principles
Proudly located across Europe, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, CSC invests in causes and organizations that better the areas where our people live and work.
Rooted in our efforts to help shape the future workforce, these education and skill-building initiatives focus on mentoring and supporting youth through financial donations as well as providing goods and services.
CSC prioritizes the initiatives and causes that are the most important to our colleagues. We rally around the efforts championed by our people to ensure the greatest possible benefit.
Our impact
Service, teamwork, tenacity, agility, and being genuine—these are Our Values. And because we live by these values, we're able to serve various organizations in our communities and make a difference.
In 2024, CSC financially assisted 290 organizations around the world. We increased our colleague donation matching, and our colleagues continued to magnify their impact in the communities in which we're fortunate to live and work.
