Kay Wrucke

Kay Wrucke is currently the Martin County Recorder in Fairmont, Minnesota. She is the chair of the Minnesota Official Multiple Systems, a statewide marriage index, and serves on the Minnesota Electronic Real Estate Recording Commission. She has actively worked with Minnesota counties, real estate business partners, and state agencies on legislative issues pertaining to county services, fees and service development. Wrucke has helped create collaborative working relationships with state agencies and state groups to promote eRecording and in the development of data integration. Wrucke is a past president of the Minnesota County Recorder's Association, the Minnesota Association of County Officers, the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks, and the Property Records Industry Association. Wrucke has a Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University in Social Science and History.
