Christine Eid

Christine Eid is an Associate at Stinson Leonard Street LLP. Christine's focus is on Real Estate, where she works with developers, investors and builders to:
- Negotiate and document the acquisition, sale and development of real estate, ground leases for standalone retail stores and shopping center leases for in-line and end-cap stores
- Resolve land use issues
- Guide clients through the entitlement process
- Negotiate real estate finance and construction documents
- Conduct environmental and general real estate due diligence
Christine is a cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, where she was a contributor to the William Mitchell Law Review, and a participant in McGee Moot Court competition. Christine completed an externship with the Honorable Judge Edward Toussaint, Jr. of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. She received her B.A. from the University of Minnesota, where she was an Evans Scholar and captain of the cross-country team. She currently provides pro bono legal services to Volunteer Lawyers Network and Tubman Family Crisis and Family Services.
