Eileen Roberts. Ms. Roberts is an attorney in the Real Estate and Land Use Group at Dorsey Law Firm, Minneapolis. Ms. Roberts joined Dorsey from William Mitchell College of Law where she was the Austin J. Baillon and Caroline M. Baillon Professor of Real Estate Law. During her 24-year tenure at William Mitchell, she taught and wrote about real estate law and served as faculty advisor for the Real Estate Law Society. Ms. Roberts is a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and has been a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs and a regular consultant to the practicing bar on litigated or transactional matters that involve real estate or land use issues.
