Rick Little
Rick graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1972. He worked as a Deputy Examiner of Titles in Hennepin County for 30 years and served as a Court Referee hearing real estate cases for the District Court for 20 years. He retired from Hennepin County in August 2003. Rick is currently a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association Real Property Council, the Real Property Section Legislative Committee, the Minnesota State Task Force on Uniform Conveyancing Blanks, and the Planning Committee for the Real Estate Institute and is a frequent lecturer on real estate issues for continuing legal education courses. He has served as an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law and has served as a member of the State Task Force on Electronic Real Estate Recording. He is past chairperson of the Hennepin County Bar Association Real Property Section.
