Nancy Bode
Nancy Bode is an Assistant Legal Counsel in the Legal/Special Investigations Division of Minnesota's Office of the State Auditor. She has been with the Office of the State Auditor since 2001. Nancy has a law degree from Yale Law School. Prior to coming to the State Auditor's Office, she served in the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office for 18 years, including three years as its White Collar Crime Unit Chief. Nancy has also taught courses at Metropolitan State’s School of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice, the University of Minnesota's Law School, and Concordia-St. Paul.
